Purcari struck me with Feteasca alba's brut. 100% autochthonous Moldavian variety Feteasca white. The color is straw-golden with a greenish tint. The bouquet is light, fresh, rich, with a delicate fruity-apple aroma. The aroma of honey, which is poured from a honeycomb right in the middle of a summer flower field. Purcars use traditional champagne technology of secondary fermentation and long aging in bottles. The taste is soft, at the same time elastic with the feeling of small pearls rolling over the tongue. Drinking this sparkling wine is like going on a romantic trip! The price in Moldova is within 230-310 lei (950-1300 rubles).
