The grapes are harvested by hand from the vineyards of the central part of Moldova. The color is intensely ruby. The aroma is filled with plum tones, with a predominance of black cherry, vanilla and pepper. The taste is very rich and round. After aging in barriques, the wine acquired an additional velvety texture. Well balanced tannins with moderate astringency. Harmonious taste with a long fruity finish. By the way, about breathing - be sure to decant for at least 2-3 hours! Recommended with grilled beef or lamb. Also with parmesan, cheddar or Roquefort cheese. Serve at + 16C. Price in Moldova 160-180 MDL (740-840₽) / (8-9 €)
