Bulgaria
A very pleasant dry varietal wine that I bought from the winemaker cellar in Byala, south of Varna. Pale yellow, fruity bouquet with apple, lemon and vanilla notes, floral and herbal flavors on palatte, medium body with high acidity. During my vacancy on the bulgarian seaside I found out that It goes well for pairing with 🐟 and mussels but also with cheese and even with sweet apple!
