250g box - with 4 big gingerbread wafers. Look: wafers with an white base, ice-glazed ginger-bread like. Wafers are tender and rich in oilseeds: Hazelnuts, Walnuts and Almonds (25%). Plus they have 8% roasted apple and dried figs pieces. Made with liquid eggs beside the egg white powder used in the icing meringue. The result is a top quality product with a very well balanced cinnamon flavor, moderately sweet. It pairs very well with specialty coffee. Se asociază bine cu o cafea de calitate.
