100% Pinot noir. Limited edition of 5000 bottles. The color is pale peach. The aroma is fresh, candy-fruity, with a full range of ripe red berries and tropical fruits, from peach to papaya, from strawberries and pink cherries to pink pomelo and sweet citrus fruits. The taste is delicate, fresh, with minimal acidity, with a predominance of strawberry and peach tones. The aftertaste is soft, lollipop with a transition to light creamy notes. It is wonderful both on its own and as an aperitif, and in combination with white meat, lean sea fish on the grill, seafood, unsharp fruits, soft cheeses and delicate desserts.
