Aspectul și aroma sunt specifice brânzei maturate elvețiene din zona Moléson, gustul însă este un pic îndulcit de smântâna din compoziție. Textura ușor cremoasă iar notele de fânuri de munte maturate și alune merg bine în degustare împreună cu crochete aromate cu tomate.
