75g Norwegian farmed salmon, wrapped in plastic foil on a plasticized paperboard, presented and labeled in a cardboard envelope. 2 slices, mildly smoked, without smoke accents neither in nose nore on the tongue. The fish had been frozen before, so we can't expect great firmness of the fish flesh, but it is far from flabby. I have enjoyed of it taste on small slices of non glutenous bread lightly buttered. Overall it's a very good quality smoked salmon and appreciate organic fish farming. I would suggest the origin of the fish farming to be better translated. It was a small challenge to me to understand the stamped indication in german, as I do not know this language, in România. Also, for the romanian market it is pricey. I will look for same quality at a more affordable price. If that's not an issue, you can enjoy its savoury with pleasure!
