Clear, golden amber color with a thick, frothy white head. Sweet biscuit aroma with caramel and wild honey (Manuka style) and some floral and a hint of piny flavors. Taste releases balanced flavors of honey and caramel malt with some pine resins and grapefruit notes plus a well developed bitterness in the end. Aftertaste is pretty long maintaining a bitter sweetness with malt and honey flavors. Overall, a solid medium bodied, moderately carbonated, English style IPA with American hops. 0.75l bottle, ABV 7,3 , IBU 40, EP 17,3 BB12.03.23
