Very good quality of varietal bulgarian wine. I bought a bottle from the winemaker cellar, in Byala, Varna county. The Chateau is only in Hristo's dream at the moment, but the wine is really good. Dark red rose coloured but with nice vanilla and dark wild fruit flavor, good acidity , and classical flavor of Merlot taste, with 13.9% alcohol. I would buy it again if I'll have the chance!
Chardonnayul 2018 premiat cu 98 de puncte Decanter este cel mai bun Chardonnay pe care l-am băut vreodată. Aromă puternică de soc îl face să se asocieze bine cu multe deserturi dar poate fi și un deschizător al mesei. Am păstrat o sticlă la învechit. Recomand!
Very good organic🍷 wine made from two local grapes varieties, ancient Mavrud and the hybrid locally developed Rubin. A very beautiful ruby color, and flavors of blackcurrant and Cherry. A wonderfully balanced taste of Cherry and smoked plumes with a finish of moderated but well oaked. The price between 13 and 15 BGN depending by the seller it's ok. It goes well with veal liver and Mangold salad with 🍅 and 🍋 juice. I'll buy it again!
Vinul în sine are aromele sale, dar împreună cu cele ale ierburilor secrete adăugate după rețeta proprie a familiei exultă într-o explozie superbă greu descriptibilă, în care pelinul se pronunță ponderat fără a le acoperi pe celelalte. Mi-e greu să recunosc restul plantelor și și mai greu să le descriu, dar este cel mai bun Pelin pe care l-am gustat vreodată. Acest așa numit vin al Boemei artistice interbelice, se poate asocia fantastic cu mielul la cuptor. Recomand!
