Well done forest mushrooms, fried in olive oil with parcel, melting on your tongue, and greatly spiced with the specific red pepper sauce. Excellent pairing with Zakorka, local beer!
Best home made yoghurt ice cream with forest blueberries, I did ever eat till now in Balchik! It's the second one this week, and for sure not the last.

Very sweet small🐟, quickly fried with very light coverture, served with lemon but also with garlic sauce as a choice. Pricey but delicious!
So good, without feeling any bones so I would be able to eat it with a spoon. It goes well with 🍋 and excellent with garlic souce. Great view of the Black Sea which is green and blue at Balchik and the price reflects the ambient but first the food quality. Recommend!
Above the average and very creamy cacao with milk ice cream, tastily decorated with mint. Price ok!
Variată dar totuși subțirică:1 braț micuț de caractiță, 1 crevete, câteva fileuri micuțe de pește și destule midii, pe un pat de salată creață verde și roșie, cu un dressing decent după îmbunătățirea cu lămâie. Prețul mare pentru calitatea salatei, se justifică doar prin rockul live oferit de un chitarist care s-a născut odată cu el.
Ok, nothing special but pricey. Bad job at the kitchen as the waiter brought it almost as dessert, after the main course. This time the kitchen went bad.
Worse experience at this restaurant. Most of the tongue pieces were more than crusty but slightly burned. The meat was fried in oil instead of butter and the cook forgot to add the red pepper. I should had been gave it back to the kitchen after first two bits at tasting. They justified that they had only 2 cooks instead of 3. Bad experience!
Borcan de plastic, umplut cam pe jumătate. Este o smântână slabă după conținutul de grăsime, de consistență lichidă.
Măslinele mari și coapte, marinate în ulei cu ceapă, morcovi, ardei gras și cimbru, sunt un deliciu cărnos, consistent, ce se asociază superior potențând gustul multor preparate din carne, unul fiind pieptul de curcan copt la jar. Recomand această salata de măsline și cu înaripatele vânat.
