Very good red dry wine this Cabernet Sauvignon DOC-CT 2016. Intense red colour, forest fruit and a hint of toasted oak aromas, raspberries, coffee flavors with some sweetness in finish. With pretty complex flavors and strong personality and 14.0 alc. it goes well with matured hard cheese, but also with dark chocolate! Cheers!

Homogeneous organic baking mix adapted for no gluten vegans, with maize and rice flour, chocolate chips and sugar cane. Before baking we have added 2 extra eggs to the recommended recipe, and buffalo yoghurt to replace milk. Delicious result! Recommend!
